    we are getting close:

    "Subsequent to the period end, the Company has successfully exceeded the minimum subscription under its
    prospectus dated 16 July 2013 and Supplementary prospectus dated 22 August 2013. The Company is in the
    process of satisfying the conditions precedent to re-instatement of its shares to trading on the Australian
    Securities Exchange under code ASX-COD and will provide an update to the market in due course."
