Treasure - for all your breathless speculation. . . .. no - the reason for the AGM being held in Sydney CAN NOT be to provide the maximum number of shareholders with the opportunity to vote on an important last-minute resolution.
The agenda for the AGM is set and was was released to ASX yesterday, and resolutions cannot be added without the requisite notice period being satisfied.
For the record - I also think the grant of options to the Financial Controller is excessive. Snouts in the trough.
