My limited experience with them (1yr sub) was they have a flair for the dramatic; they like investments out in the middle of nowhere, preferably Africa or somewhere it takes 5 days to get to with super-high risk associated.
I'm afraid to say that in my opinion they are best avoided, but they have a following of sheep so if they do promote PEN we'll have a nice little run up whilst they all get on board.
We could use on of those about now.....
