My guess is a sell down of Vietnam assets to KRIS Energy given NEN wrote off these assets while KRIS Energy didn't in the latest set of accounts.

If $47m was written off, I would imagine an amount somewhere between $0m and $47m.

Keep in mind that only 34% of the $47m needs to be realised to equal the current market cap.
