It is slow going, I think the muffed up initial attempts at DSO mining, reception to a possible refinery and macro economic factors a couple of years back didn't help with their efforts to make progress.

It seems they've now understood the importance of environmental and public relations having tenements close to Perth.

Looking forward to some upside here with the court action settled, the improved bauxite price and the experience gained but I expect this will take time as a careful approach is required (re: how Alcoa and Worsley Alumina manage their operations in South West WA).
