DM 7,450,000 and LM 6,035,410 {indirectly) Page 9 Annual Report, Shares on issue 310,180,859 Discouraging to say the least. The web of companies associated with Board members and PZC also makes for interesting reading.
On a brighter note why did Lanesborough pick up an additional 24 million @ 0.021c in July 2014 and Nexus an additional 75,519,340 @ 0.021c in July 2014 raising their total to 99,519,340.Page 10 Annual Report, not to mention the 5.7million being sought @ 0.021c from small holdings sale.
How could they offload that many shares unless.something positive was in the pipeline Food for thought anyway
