I think the reason we are seeing renewed interest in PZC is because coal companies in Indo are not subject to the 6% import tax that China will be imposing on other coal miners, which means Indo's coal has just become 6% cheaper to the Chinese market.

I too am not super optimistic about them bringing it into production, but they have a great resource and location.

Has PZC got Forestry approval yet.. Have they even applied?
