The report makes interesting reading if you want to read about the slow demise of a small mining company. They are required to repay large loans by end of November and indicate early in the report that they may go to production in a couple of years. Couple??? That's what you have to admire about PZC - very specific.

Further in the report would indicate that the directors are of opinion that they may not be able to continue as a going concern should certain events take place. Overall it's not very encouraging but I won't elaborate too much or offer any criticism for fear of suspension.
