Also good to see they have decided not to appeal the JH judgement, insurance picked up $1M of the bill so the cost to CTP was fairly negligible.
Not sure about the defamation but it seems to me that issue must be mostly against the directors as individuals. I don't see how the company could have defamed JH. But I guess we'll see. Eventually...
