From what I can make-out - ALA will be 80% holder, Stuart Kidd 20% - as the $150k to satisfy that holding arrangement would surely have been spent over the past year?
I don't think it was investment decisions that led to Stuart Kidd resignation - read the quote from Stuart Kidd on 18 June when they set up the LLC which seemed to back that direction. Would love to know the story behind it though as it does muddy the waters as to both the direction of the company, and the capability to take HomeOpen and other Apps forward IMO.
Still, only about $3m (?) of EV built into the current share price, so will wait and see what happens over the next few weeks to clear it all up and hopefully somebody brought in to drive HomeOpen and update on progress...
