As your question is mostly just a bait I will put it in very simple terms so you, the uninformed may understand....
The part which does not does not work properly is the part written down to the tune of 190 Million as the company is never specific and just leaves it up to the shareholders to guess.
None of Phase 2 was written down so either phase one was stuffed from the start or they have managed to stuff it to the tune of 190 million...
If you have an alternate belief please state it....
Where do you propose the loss in value of 190 million for phase 1 lies ?
