And he can't even say the Chairman impeded his work since he wore both hats .... and the results of his self promotion are plastered all over his bio as Lynas Chair .... many of his exploits done during the critical period leading up through the completion of the LAMP.

This was an AWOL CEO/Chair
but he was paid in full nonetheless and perhaps getting "performance" shares to boot.

And with that kind of seemingly lackadaisical culture driven from the very top, upper management will take their cue from the big boss and act accordingly. And on down the line ...

Hopefully AL will, by being physically at the LAMP and her seemingly straight shooting style will lead a turnaround (but I know it won't happen for quite a long while ..... the rot is probably very deep rooted and the carrier and cause of it is still there as Chair).

And has Lynas ever said exactly what happened with the LAMP during the time of this CEO/Chair ? Bad specs, wrong specs, lax supervision, incompetence, sabotage ???
