But why go to all the expense? Unless you can't get funding elsewhere. Got to do a lot of work to getthe listing:

After listing, a GEM issuer is required to make half yearly comparison of its business progress with the business plan for the first 2 financial years ......"
That second sentence might be why they haven't listed before. It would be too embarrassing.
