The assets cannot be sold unless they are pumping gas. Marion had no funds in recent years to extract the gas until TPG came along. They were able to hold off creditors somehow. Lets give them some credit. Hopefully if they can get Ch 11 a second rising via a sale may occur? Shareholders are holding their breathe as suggested.
