since when is Dev Ramachandran getting paid by Legacy?  There was no announcement stating that he would be paid by the company... what does he get paid to do exactly?   He was paid $20,137 from his starting date as non-exec director (5/11/2014) until end of March - meaning his yearly renumeration would be around $60,000.  

Now we have money wasted on not just Turner and Donovan.

And what exactly does the CFO do?  I really don't get it.

Also, Steve Shelton seems to have sold 700,000 shares past year - and of course, gets paid the same as our current CEO
