    I was just reviewing the annual report again and see that it says the MPRDA Amendment Bill may be passed in current term of parliament.
    The current term is the third term, 21st July to 23rd September.

    The other thing is the the EMPr is being reviewed by PASA and Regional Mining Development and Environmental Committee (REMDEC) in parallel.
