it all depends to what the acquisition is gone be. in terms of options i dont think anything will be available below 0.005 by Monday.(which is a good sign)
there is a gap on my weekly chart between 0.05 and 0.08. so lets see if it can get filled. Anything is possible!
also in terms of the debt, i wont worry about it too much. asset sales should easily cover the debt
