Less is nothing when comparing to other shells and mining companies who are yet to find any acq or drill out resources but trading at around $20m.
Here; MAERS already appointed a reputed investment firm to prepare for IPO and so company must have prepared all cards & most unlikely that it won't go through.
$10 MC is nothing compare to other specs.
