The directors fees & the "Related Party Transactions" do not correlate. For $140k+ in accounting fees better is expected.
No mention of the SDI (Richard Karn) offer for the Flemington project to either :-
- purchase it for A$2.25m + 2% royalty or
- underwrite a Rights Issue to put it into production.
