Completely disagree, share price performance should never be an incentive due to possible share price manipulation. Should always be based on financials and financials only. Even though financials can be easily improved via acquisitions, they still need to be vetted, make sense and approved. You can't incentivise someone on something management can't control and that's the share price. It's common sense.
