    The Chairman's Report says how great the AEP deal is and how great the assets are.
    Just bizarro world.

    This is all very weird - unless AEP comes over the top with a 25c full take over ?- which seems to be a long shot. I doubt AEP want all the hassle of compliance that goes with a full take over. Under their current offer - they do the work on the ground but AJQ still handle all the compliance and corporate stuff.
