Im a little confused/interested as to why the 10% placement is to be voted on favourably as well. With out the rhetorical replies plz, i mean why would shareholders even consider it uninformed when we have just had as entitlement credit raise whereby cash burn should be covered for the next 3 years.,
Sure, if informed by the company that i.e, an asset, an aquisition or so for was on the cards, we as shareholders could make an informed decision.
If the case being that pre AGM information must remain covert as to not fail investor interest or disclose matters not yet ready for market announcements., well not so sure.,
Ok, i hear some screaming that it simply may be to have that option on the cards and may not ever be realised..
What little i know of these matters is either bigger news than expected or further dillution/asset aquisition is on the cards.., sorry but still confused.
