I think any bonus payments to management should only be attached to successful and profitable mining of; and sale of gold; after debt is fully paid .
Shareholders would not be adverse to reasonable extra compensation; after directors fees;
when we are fully derisked.
The business plan was always to start small and use profits to expand operations. We have not reached a steady state of profitability so in actual fact we cannot afford bonus payments as they are probably coming out of loans for development and can only be called a liability .It would seem that the most important managers after start up of the mine are the geologists and mine manager who are to identify how the gold production is to be overseen. The Lawyers and accountants job is done as far as throughput of ore and output of gold is concerned..
I have no beef with our directors and think they have done an outstanding job in very difficult world circumstances for smallcap coys, so I hope directors stay on board with first principals espoused to long term holders of a low cost start up mining operation. Lets have a Win Win for all and not just a few...
