All of which has been stated before.
Don't get me wrong, I think it's good they have restated it in the report, but as I said it's not new news. people were just refusing to believe FAR when they said they are fully disclosed.
For the record I'm in the all or nothing camp. I don't think it will be a settlement of some kind. I think when Malcy referred to under the current circumstances or whatever he was meaning that the transaction had been been completed with COP and WPL and that will take some undoing.
