What makes you think that Petrosen didn't raise their hand.
They aren't a public company.
I suspect that they did. Just an opinion. Remember that they are a proxy for the Govt. everyone would have wanted to know what was inside the COP WPL deal. So I suspect that Petrosen would have been asking questions.
Problem is that as discussed ad nauseum, COP had something to hide.
Now we know definitely that COP has been thumbing their nose at FAR. But I suspect Petrosen as well.
They are in a hole IMHO.
