Just from a PE view, this is the wording that caught my eye...."but suffice to say we have positioned ourselves comprehensively from a strategic standpoint". To me, this sounds like Far have a couple of fall back options, on PE success or PE failure. I get the feeling they have secured significant interest either way it lands.
