That's why I said I didn't know in relation to our PE dispute.
Cop didn't want to show Far the deal with WPL, Cop didn't want to try and reach an amicable decision, Cop ( maybe) want Far to nick off and stop pestering them and Far just want their right to have a look at the deal to decide if they should PE, as is their right in a JV that everyone seems to is true, even Cop and WPL.
Obviously Cop and WPL think they have given Far their opportunity and maybe their right but my money's on David not Goliath.
