Agree, Tony.
One in the eye for critics of management. FAR asked the question and COP basically told them to truck off. Pretty hard to do anything about that except bunker down for the fight, which is what we've done.
Most interestingly, our Chair says arbitration remains a last resort.
So is a deal done or not?
Maybe not.
