You've got to hand it to these guys. They've just included the dividend announcement (1.7 cents) as part of the annual report, but marked the annual report as a non price sensitive announcement. Not only do they think dividend policy is non price sensitive...it takes them until 3 weeks after the results announcement to decide the dividend is the same as last year.
