Great summary.
Your second point on disclosure of sovereign risk re capital outflows etc, has been partly covered in a previous announcement. i.e. they can't get money out of China for a share buyback.
I guess they dont want to dwell too much on this sort of bad news, but it makes you wonder - what on earth are they doing listing on the ASX if they cannot get their profits over here to where the shareholders are???
It's a ridiculous situation, and one the Australian authorities should be looking in to.
