From the original owners perspective there is a lot more to gain from a high share price than can be gained by dudding the company through shady deals and rip offs which smash the share price.
After all the original owners own 80% of the company, the distributors own 10% and we punters own a paltry 10% so they would effectively be dudding themselves for the most part.
The big advantage for them in listing would be the conversion of a Chinese Yuan locked in China asset into, a freely traded outside of china, $au asset.
Which leads me to the conclusion that they have a strong motive to achieve a strong share price.
