I believe the IOOF sale earlier in the year was linked to their subsidiary Perennial having to meet a large redemption in their Small Cap fund from an industry fund. This saw the TGA share price fall heavily in Feb on the back of no real news (obviously in March, the class action was announced). Reading their recent commentaries, it appears that they still hold TGA. IML continues to build their position. Simon Conn is a very experienced fund manager and has won a few awards lately. Their appearance on the register gives me confidence.
