I agree regarding the land purchase. Would be good if they at least stated the size of the land which was purchased. $2M gets you a decent amount of grazing land in northern Vic (I'm assuming somewhere around Shepparton, as it's in the north and they own a breeding farm nearby in Mooroopna). Is the land purchased already used for some form of chicken farm and comes with some infrastructure (explaining the higher price)? Or was the land purchased on the edge of a city and therefore a little more expensive?
