Therese-Marie is an accountant with experience in mining, energy and utilities, including a role in the Treasury and Commodities Division of Australia's largest investment bank, and I bring to the Company experience in investment banking, specialising in the technical and financial analysis of resource projects.

We are actively reviewing opportunities to acquire an advanced exploration, substantial near-development or operating resource project for base and precious metals. Several projects have been evaluated, and the Company remains confident of acquiring a quality project.
