I think the annual report looks Ok. Maybe CMP needs to consider the conflict of interest, when some of the transaction occurs between CMP and the founder's other firms.
Regarding the trading activity, I have no idea where it's going. But, I have a strong suspicion that algorithm computer trading is in place. Particularly, looking at the morning on 20th. Sep.2017. Sudden huge increase in sell volume with corresponding sudden increase in buy volume at a fixed price, $0.37.
I am no sure if it''s even legal to trade at fixed price on market. Large institutions do it usually off-market, to avoid the tag of market manipulation. But, definitely a few do it on purpose. In fact, sometimes trading occurs without actual change of hands, they simply transfer shares from one account to another.
the valuation of CMP looks good to me.
