    But there's just not much deterrent. And it normally means the buying (selling) behind the plan is not yet ready to be unveiled.

    Whether Jagger and/or Copulos sold or shifted to BP Noms is a moot point there's plenty to like here; Whiddon, Graziano/Wheeler, Michael, JP... just not sure how the pieces fit together yet.
