Seems as if I have been reading the same reports from QMN for the last few years. Little detail about how or when we can expect to see them actually make some actual money out of their copper deposits. However, behind this apparent lack of progress something has caused the share price to increase by 200% on low volumes? The rising copper price and blind optimism probably explains this sadly.
