The Regal ones was a surprised for me. Merril lync holdings. I thought there was a noticed they've ceased to be a substantial holder. Does this mean they have merely sold what they wanted and now putting it into a "holding" account?

I like what you've said. If all the performance milestones are hit, FBR will still be in control by the pivacs. If not, CAT and potentially Regal/Meryl/Citcorps would be majority shareholder and a buyout/liquidation might happen. Looks like I'll want all the performance milestones to hit, even with share dilution! I wonder now if all this was thought of before and "planned" ahead leading to a situation as given now.
