yes, Mahsor surprised me as well, I thought they are friend of Pivacs as they were no. 2 since start, major shareholder changed without notice is broken the listing rule I think if its true.
Merrill Lynch I saw their initial notice somewhere in the ann as holding for Regal, and the figure is right, so it should be still holding for them.
Time is everything, if its drag too long it not good for the technology as well. A new tech worth billions, the 2nd maybe 500mil, 3rd may never been recognized as ppl call it fake/copycat.
