I really wonder why he isn't working on the HX now as well? It looks like all of FBR important patents are by both of them. I supposed he is happy to let this run and just let the SP do it run. Obviously these are filed and granted in 2007, 10 years ago.
Being paranoid here, and I'm sure they have done due dilligence here. If I was a chinese company and saw the successes of FBR, I'll pay big $$ to get Michael Woods on my HX project. Would you know if such scenario could happen ?
