Perhaps this is the least paid management team as far as I've seen besides shell companies with zero money and activities.

I have been advised in the past that the current board is frugal, and will not waste money on unnecessary expenditures.  This is in total contrast to the previous board where it seemed like they were more than happy to splash out on anything using precious shareholder money.

Just look at the renumeration comparisons as an example.  Previous management in total was paid almost 4 times the amount of current.
