That is the first time we hear about the much better financial terms, which signals a huge boost in confidence by a financial institution and they put it in tiny little letters... Also, not long ago they would have released a market sensitive announcement for that line you highlited alone. Damn, I understand a shift in communication was needed but this is clearly causing some shareholders to lose their minds. I think that will fix itself when the quarterly comes along.
