Is it just me or did anyone else think it was odd that Alexiflam Syn was not mentioned in the annual report. Notice it says seven different products but Alexiflam Syn not mentioned and if you count the products mentioned it is not 7.See snippet below
"The Group continues to generate new products around specific market needs in key sectors, which in turn the company protects with intellectual property around those products. Currently the company has seven different products targeted at various markets: Alexiflam™ FR, for mattress ticking and military fabrics; Alexiflam ™ NF, for natural fibers such as cotton and wood; Alexiflam™ PB, for outdoor fabrics; Alexicool™ AL and HT, for home furnishings, bedding and pillows; and Alexicool™ DR and DW for apparel, such as workwear, athletic wear and workwear. In the near term, the Group’s focus will be both the successful adoption by customers of the newer platform products and market share growth of the more established products."
Also the last couple of webinars Alexiflam Syn was not mentioned (and I know I keep asking them to talk about it but they havent even through personal emails sent to company). What was mentioned at start of webinars was that they were not going to discuss anything that would compromise business etc so if they didnt say anything its because they couldnt.
Now I am going out on a limb and saying that our Alexiflam Syn project all of a sudden has become a subject the company cant discuss. Why ?
Well here are my thoughts why
I think the big fish we are supposed to be dealing with in this area may have requested silence due to competitors (which is a good thing IMO) and I also think this must be getting close to being finalised due to silence and avoidance of answering questions.
I have looked at the negative that maybe this whole thing had been stopped but if that was the case they would of mentioned it in the webinars etc as so far Dirk and Co have not backed away from telling us they have dropped some customers etc so I dont think its that. Also the blurb in the annual report plus their website still shows Alexiflam Syn as a product, so I have discounted this train of thought due to this.
Have to admit I am really curious about it all, for me its one area I have been hanging to see come to fruition, so interesting times ahead IMO.
Interested to hear anyones elses thoughts and stand to be corrected on any of my ramblings.
Its always good IMO to have something else to discuss apart from dismal share price performance
