I haven't logged in for a few weeks but I would back up Wayne's comment from Oct 11th and add that since then certain regulators have still not allowed the company to proceed to the next step. As I understand it, the issues are not serious but rather procedural, and that some of the "procedural" matters arguably could have been dealt with much earlier had the company been asked to address them in the first instance. From my perspective the company is being hindered by inefficient processes beyond its control.
