While I was at it I dug in a little further.
Brispot nominee Ltd was also a top 20 holder. In prelim report which was released several weeks ago they held 3+ million shares. In this latest report they only hold 1.5 millions share which means they are also a major seller recently. (Apologies to Kerogen for all the recent accusations).
It is interesting to read that in the past Brispot account has been used by USB as a hostile share raider. See link below.
Kerogen was actually buying and not selling by all accounts. So the accusations that Kerogen is losing confidence and has been dumping the stock are unfounded.
