Penny stocks are certainly interesting beasts and I'm sure if you picked 20 of what you researched as the most likely across various resources at lower point in their cycles, stuck a $1000 on each and then placed them in the bottom drawer untill a higher point in the cycle one would be well rewarded ,even if half went into administration..it's just as humans impatience and the temptation to fiddle with the system is too great....
