So in summary.... and IMO....

1. The 10% placement is a pretty standard resolution in speccies and has been in our AGM for as long as i can remember

2. Its cheaper to approve this resolution now rather than call an EGM

3. Its quicker to approve this resolution now rather than call an EGM

4. Yes the ELF funds would pay for our portion... but hardly something you can put in a contract

5. 50% of the Brevit term sheet conditions are already complied with... so there is the Project funding sorted once the MPA is signed.

6. If you have questions... dont be a coward and ask them yourself. You dont have to wait till an AGM to ask questions.

Anyway.... untill we get another ann... i dare say these threads will be overrun by the nay sayin bregade... so no point in checking in.
