I guess as a parting comment on my last post...surely

1.If current Management has somehow managed to "pay out" the
$3,600,000 liability.. surely that is a "material" development
for a Company that is basically out of money..!!and worthy of
an Announcement.in order to boost investor confidence..

2. Hard to believe that an existing massive debt obligation
is erased from the Balance Sheet without any sort of comment
given the Company's dire financial position..

To be sure, at the end of day that is maybe for others to judge,,
