Although the lithium sector has grown significantly in recent years and the price of lithium has risen by 100% many market commentators have predicted a 40-50% drop in lithium prices by mid 2019.

This is because there has been a massive rush to develop lithium resources to service the growing demand for EV’s Smart phones etc.
So much so that the market will soon be flooded with exploration companies holding large resources with good grades.

LRS continues to underperform year after year and if they do not make huge progress in the next 12 months they will get left behind.

I was once bullish on LRS too but there comes a point when you can’t watch the company board spend millions year after year and achieve nothing.

Worth mentioning that after all of the above the board is aiming to give themselves a pay raise.
