Fair enough on all counts. In my opinion, some of the experimental technologies will yield big results, but that's just me.
Yes, the board is self-serving and bent as a butcher's hook, but that's true for most such companies. The question is more, can they deliver on the company's potential? If the answer is yes, they'd be stupid not to, as it will create much more wealth for them than maintaining the status quo.
